Abstract
Based on the curriculum design of network engineering major in China, combining with the society's demand for college students' practical ability and the idea of running a school in the applied university of Heilongjiang University of Commerce and Industry, This paper analyzes and studies the construction of teaching team in network engineering specialty of computer department, and sets up an excellent teaching team with reasonable structure, specialty characteristic, strong pertinence and high service.
